Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our ticket cancellation policy below: All ticket sales are final. We are a non-profit community theatre, and proceeds from ticket sales support our productions and youth programs. Refunds will only be issued if the performance is cancelled by the theatre. Exchanges may be possible for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the original showtime to request an exchange. In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your situation with an exchange or credit. Thank you for supporting community theatre!
